1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SattvaOS website and any information, materials, or communications provided through it. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Scope of service

The SattvaOS website is a private-beta platform information and access-request site. It describes the SattvaOS platform, invites organizational interest, provides documentation overview, and facilitates contact and access applications.

The platform is not production-ready for general organizational use. Access to platform features requires organizational assessment, agreement, and approved onboarding. Public self-serve checkout or automated access provisioning is not currently active.

3. Eligibility

Use of the website is intended for adults (18 years or older) representing legitimate organizations or acting in an individual professional capacity. If you represent an organization, you confirm you have authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

4. Organization authority and representative obligations

Organizations applying for platform access must designate authorized representatives who can verify organizational identity, accept governance obligations, and take responsibility for the organization's use of the platform. Misrepresentation of organizational authority is grounds for immediate termination of access.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or platform to:

• Impersonate a spiritual teacher, guru, deity, therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor
• Submit unauthorized or unapproved corpus materials without explicit organizational review
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass tenant isolation, safety guardrails, or access controls
• Generate, distribute, or promote hate speech, extremism, or content that incites harm
• Exploit vulnerable users through urgent donation solicitation or fear-based spiritual claims
• Make unauthorized use of a teacher's voice, likeness, or protected content
• Violate any applicable laws, including intellectual property laws
• Conduct security attacks, denial-of-service attacks, or automated scraping
• Misuse crisis or distress escalation pathways

6. Digital Guide limitations and AI disclosure

Digital Guides powered by SattvaOS are AI-based digital experiences trained on organization-approved content. They are:

• Not the spiritual teacher, guru, or any physical or living person
• Not autonomous spiritual authorities
• Not substitutes for qualified medical, legal, financial, or emergency professionals
• Not guaranteed to be free of errors, bias, or inaccuracies
• Not able to provide spiritual outcomes, healing, enlightenment, or blessings

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, software, and infrastructure constituting the SattvaOS platform and website is the property of SattvaOS or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Organizations submitting corpus materials for ingestion confirm they hold all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations for those materials. SattvaOS does not claim ownership of organization-submitted corpus content.

8. Persona and voice/likeness authorization

Any voice cloning, audio synthesis, or visual likeness generation of a real person requires explicit written authorization from that person. Organizations are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid authorization records before activating any persona feature. SattvaOS does not generate teacher voice or likeness outputs without registered authorization.

9. Service availability and previews

SattvaOS is a private-beta platform. Service availability is not guaranteed. Features described on the website may be in development, planned, or subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform without notice.

Pages or features labeled “planned”, “in development”, or “product preview” do not constitute a commitment to deliver those features by any particular date.

10. Payments

Public self-serve checkout is not currently active. Pricing listed on the website is indicative private-beta pricing and does not constitute a binding commercial offer. Actual commercial terms are established through individual assessment, agreement, and invoice. Applicable taxes will be confirmed at the time of invoicing.

11. Third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party infrastructure providers (including but not limited to Google Cloud, Vercel, Razorpay). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. SattvaOS is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, or data handling beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SATTVAOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SattvaOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the website or platform, regardless of the cause.

14. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any organization or individual who violates these Terms, misrepresents organizational authority, or poses a risk to the safety or integrity of the platform or its users.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
